ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

Registrations will open at 9am on Monday 19th October 2009 and will close at 4pm on Friday 23rd October 2009 (“Registration Period”).

The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.

ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

The Breakfast BBQ's will be taking place between 7am and 9am each day during the Registration Period at:

Curtin University
Carine Open Space
Piney Lakes Reserve
Perth Train Station
Princi Butchers, Beaconsfield

ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

Entry is available to permanent residents of:

Western Australia

Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.

ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY

ONLINE:
During the Registration Period listeners will be invited to go online to the website and register their details on the "Princi Butchers win page" and answer the question "What is your sausage flavour?" for their chance to win the online registration prize ("Online Entries").

ON AIR:
During each Breakfast BBQ one person on site will be chosen at random by the Promoter to play "bbQ and A".

They will be asked a general knowledge question and if they get it correct at the Promoters discretion, they will win the On-Air prize. $150 cash.

ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS

All Online Entries will be judged at 12pm on Monday 26th October 2009 at 92.9 of 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008.

The Promoter will select the most original/humourous/creative Online Entry and award them the Online Entry Prize.

ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS

There will be one Online Entry prize.

The Online Entry prize will consist of the following: The prize winner will have the flavour of the sausage included in their Online Entry made and sold in the Princi Store for a maximum of two (2) weeks.

The prize winner will not receive any payment or any of the profits from the sale of the sausage in the Princi Store. The Princi Store may continue to sell the sausage after the two week period and the prize winner acknowledges that they have no rights to claim ownership over the recipe of the sausage and they will not receive any credit towards the creation of the sausage.

Total Value of Each Prize: Money Can't Buy

ON AIR:
There will be five (5) On-Air Prizes.

Each On-Air Prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:

1 x $150 cash made out to the prize winner in the form of a cheque Total Value: 5 x $150 = $750
